EOTD: Wear Purple Day for the Stacey Mowle Appeal.

Hello my lovlies!
Sorry for the lack of posts, I've recently enrolled on a gel nails course at home and I've still finding it hard to juggle my time, so please bare with me!

Where I live there is a lot of fundraising going on for a little girl called Stacey who has Neuroblastoma again after a relapse and needs to go abroad for more treatment as there is no relapse protocol in the UK.
Jacquii who is the Community Colleague at the Asda I work at has been working very hard to raise money for her, and invented a 'Wear Purple Day' as that's Stacey's favourite colour. Lots of schools etc took part and of course Asda! As I don't actually work for Asda I couldn't take full part in wearing purple but I did wear purple eye make up!

I got a bit carried away and applied practically every purple eyeshadow as eyeliner, woops!

If you would like to find out more about Stacey and her journey, you can click *here* which will direct you to her Just Giving page.
If you could even donate as little as £1, that is a lot to the family.

I wouldn't normally do a post like this but it's such a good cause!

Until next time

EOTD: Casual Grey Smokey Eye

Hello my lovlies! Today I have for you a quick EOTD (Not that you can't tell that already!) Today I felt like going for a bit fancier today than my normal winged liner! I hope you like :) I used the Sleek Au Naturel palette for the shaddow colours.

Until next time!

Autumn EOTD using MUA Heaven & Earth Palette

Hi guys, here is another EOTD. I'm sorry I've not done a proper post for a bit, I'm just not feeling it at the minute! I don't want to write a post and it be totally awful because it's strained. I started this blog for fun, so I want the contents to be fun too! So meanwhile you'll just have to put up with EOTD :P

For this look I used purely MUA Heaven & Earth palette, even for my brows, aha. I love Autumn, mainly for Halloween but it also means winter is next which means my birthday! Eeeeeeeee.

I'm feeling really inspired for Halloween this year so if you have any tutorials or anything in mind let me know :)
Until next time!
xoxo.

Everyday EOTD Using MUA Heaven & Earth Palette

Hello my lovlies! Today I have for you an EOTD.
I tend to wear this everyday, even for work. I used to wear my winged eyeliner everyday, but this is much quicker and softer. Also, if I'm going out in the evening, I can quickly add some darker colours in the outer corner and I'm away!
I usually use the sponge applicator that comes with the palette when using the Heaven & Earth palette, because I have found it gives a better finish, and it's relatively easy to blend colours into each other with it too.
If you would like a tutorial or anything let me know!
(Link to MUA Heaven & Earth Palette review & swatches post here, and my First Impressions post here)

EOTD & Little Photoshopping Experiment.

For this picture I used Kiss My Sass Cosmetics in Drama Queen, Nutmeg & Cocoa. I'm also  demi lashes from Sera G, they also have an ebay too. Their eyelashes are great quality and a really great price too!
I really love wearing this sort of look to work, it's quite quick and simple, and isn't regarded as too ott.

As you may be able to tell, I have retouched my skin ever so slightly, I just feel like it gives a better finish to the photo and my skin was looking rather bad. I would love to know your thoughts on if you prefer them to look like this or would you prefer them au naturel?

Xoxo.

Broken Hearted In Vegas EOTD

I have been dying to try out my new eyeshadows from Kiss My Sass Cosmetics, find my haul here. I used Vegas on the lid, Broken Hearted in the crease and underneath the bottom lashes, and Drama Queen on the inner eye.

There's not really a need for a tutorial because it's pretty easy.

E.L.F: Punk Purple Studio Cream Eyeliner & Normal Lengthening & Defining Mascara Review + EOTD

I felt kind of mean writing off the E.L.F Punk Purple Cream Eyeliner &

Line Lengthening & Defining Mascara, so I thought I'd give it a go!

Sorry for the blurryness! Also taken in normal daylight
The products:

Sleek Palette in Au Naturel in Nougat - all over the eye

E.L.F Studio Line Cream eyeliner in Punk Purple - Winged Eyeliner

Collection 2000 Extreme 24 Hour Felt Tip Liner in Black - Winged but thinly by  the lash line

E.L.F Normal Line Lengthening & Defining Mascara in Black - Upper and lower lashes

Sleek Face Contour Kit in Light - brow bone
(and some random dark brown eyeshadow to define my brows)

Now for the reviews:

E.L.F Studio Line Cream eyeliner in Punk Purple:
I know first off I wasn't impressed, but when I actually gave it a go, it really surprised me! I used the little brush that came with it, and applied it like normal gel liner, okay, so the pigmentation wasn't great so I needed to kind of pack it on, but it was so smooth and really beautiful applies.  I really really love the colour! My eyes are a bluey-greeney-grey colour with light brown around the iris, so the purple reaaaaally brings out the green! Love it! Plus with having to build the colour up, it still looks smooth on the eye and doesn't feel heavy at all, which was good too!

 RRP: £3.50

E.L.F Normal Line Lengthening & Defining Mascara in Black:

This mascara is an alright product for £1.50, but it does'nt really lengthen and define in my opinion. My eyelashes are pretty long, they went through a stage of being short where I used to wear false eyelashes everyday, (not good!) but now they have grown back fuller and longer :) I'm not really impressed with this but it's a good product just to use on the lower lash line, as it isn't too thick in consistency.

 RRP: £1.50

Overall, I really like the eyeliner but not so loving the mascara! If there are any other products you'd like me to review then please let me know! Until next time, love love

EOTD & FOTD

Hey guys, I have a rather busy day today, I went to Morrisons this morning and I've just got back, so now I've gotta get things ready for my boyfriend's sister's birthday presents! I love birthdays so much but they work out so expensive! Super annoying. So while I have a few minutes I took a picture of my eye make up for you;

And this is a picture of my whole face. Unfortunately, whenever I take a picture of my face from the front, my nose always looks wonky? It's getting worse as I get older. I've never really understood it, lol!
Anywaaaay, here's a list of products used.
Face:
E45 moisturiser.
Rimmel lasting finish foundation in 'Ivory'.
MAC Select Sheer Pressed Powder in NC35
E.L.F mineral blush colour 'Bliss'
E.L.F shimmer palette as a highlighter (above cheekbones and brow bone.)
E.l.F all over cover stick in 'Apricot Beige' over my blemishes.

Eyes:
E.L.F shimmer palette on inner corners.
Bella Pierre pigment in 'Champagne' all over lid & 'Harmony' on the out corners and blended in.
E.L.F Cream eye liner in 'black' to line to liner upper lash line and lover lash line.
Collection 2000 Skyscraper Mascara in 'Black' (mine is waterproof, purely because of it being the summer here so it's less likely to smudge etc. due to being wax based :) )
E.L.F Treat and tame in 'light' on my eyebrows.

Hope you like it, feel free to ask my any q's!
I bought the Beauty UK silver and gold shatter polishes yesterday when I was supposed to be buying birthday presents for my boyfriend.. Woops! I shall try and review them and come up with some colour combo's either this weekend of the beginning on the week. :)

See you all sooon!
Love love xoxo.
